With experience as a School Counsellor and Consultant Psychologist, I’ve worked with diverse individuals and age groups. My approach uses evidence-based methods such as CBT, REBT, and psychological assessment to create personalised therapy plans.
Through counselling, workshops, mindfulness sessions, and seminars, I aim to equip people with tools to manage stress, build healthier relationships, and improve day-to-day well-being—confidentially and respectfully.
